In order to ensure the safety of customers’ Bitcoin deposits, the following will take effect 31 July 2017 13:00 UTC after withdrawals have been processed:
- Deposits will only be credited after 6 network confirmations.
- Withdrawals will be halted until further notice.
The above precautionary measures will be put in place to mitigate possible technical issues with the UASF and UAHF flag dates, combined with the many new Bitcoin clients in use at this time. They will be removed once we are confident in the stability and safety of the Bitcoin network. We do not expect a long suspension of withdrawals.
