Please note that at 8.19AM SGT on 5 May 2023, we identified that some of our users were intermittently experiencing issues accessing the API and UI. This was due to a marked increase in the number of users accessing BitMEX, which has now been resolved.
We would like to remind our users that all funds are safe. We are currently monitoring the situation and deploying any further fixes if need be.
