A quick notice for users utilizing the BitMEX API: the endpoint /user will be changing on March 8th at noon GMT.
The call, which previously returned a user with its basic details, margin details, affiliate and commission status, and deposit address, will now only return the user’s basic details. The properties margin, depositAddress, commission, and affiliateStatus will be removed. All of the preceding details can be retrieved via the existing /user endpoints, such as /user/margin, /user/depositAddress, and so on.
These changes have already been made on BitMEX Testnet, and are reflected in the newest version of our reference market making bot. For more details, please see the User API documentation in the API Explorer.
