Due to an upgrade in our wallet infrastructure, all users now have newly issued deposit addresses on BitMEX (Bech32 or “bc1” prefix addresses). The upgrade was made to reduce Bitcoin network fees for withdrawals for all users by up to 65%.
To avoid any delays or administrative charges for the receipt of funds, please ensure that all Bitcoin deposits are made to the current addresses.
