Please note that the previously announced platform downtime originally scheduled for 29 July has been postponed to 12 August at 02:15 UTC.
During this time, we will temporarily halt trading on the BitMEX platform to facilitate a major upgrade to our operating system. From this time, any order actions will be rejected. Deposits made will be queued for processing.
The system will be online again in cancel-only mode from approximately 03:10 UTC. Order cancel requests and deposits will be processed normally. Continuous trading will recommence from approximately 03:15 UTC.
From the halt of trading until continuous trading resumes, there will be no Mark Price updates and hence no liquidations.
