One of our biggest responsibilities is making sure we provide markets for products that command liquidity and reflect the preferences of our user base.
This sometimes requires us to allow some contracts to ‘sunset’ – in other words, allowed to expire and not be renewed.
With this in mind, the ADAUSDT, BNBUSDT, DOTUSDT, EOSUSDT, XTZUSDT, and YFIUSDT Quanto Futures will sunset after the regular March expiry at 12:00 UTC on 26 March 2021, meaning there will not be M21 Quanto Futures contracts listed on these pairs.
The ADAUSDTH21, BNBUSDTH21, DOTUSDTH21, EOSUSDTH21, XTZUSDTH21, and YFIUSDTH21 Quanto Futures contracts will be available for trading until the regular March expiry and will settle on the 30 minute Time Weighted Average Price (“TWAP”) of the underlying Index at that time. We will announce the Q2 2021 Quarterly Futures Listings on 5 March 2021. Please stay tuned for more updates soon.
As previously announced, we are also launching six new Perpetual Swaps, with our first batch trading from 04:00 UTC on 3 March.
